Abstract:Objective：To explore the specific operation mode of diversified comprehensive supervision in medical institutions. Methods：By introducing the supervision methods such as sworn commitment, credit restriction and independent evaluation，Health Commission of Suqian explored the effective way of diversified supervision and management of medical institutions. Results：Significant results were achieved in the two years of trial implementation. Conclusions：The new mode of diversified supervision and management is the basis for scientific and fair evaluation to reward and punish medical institutions，which urges medical institutions and medical staff to attach great importance to standardized management and self-discipline.
