Abstract:Objective：To explore the methods of specialty construction in the mixed ownership private hospital to improve the hospital’s development. Methods：The main methods of specialty construction in the mixed ownership private hospital included learning advanced modes of hospital management，reinforcing hospital’s connotation construction，Comprehensively promoting the development of specialty groups， perfecting the training mechanism of talents，and enhancing scientific and technological capabilities. Results：The superior subjects in hospital were further developed. The talent introduction and training obtained obvious achievements，and the quantity and quality of scientific research achievements ewere significantly improved. Conclusions：Through implementing specialty construction，hospital can establish its brand and improve its comprehensive capability.
