目的:为了解现阶段儿科学专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力现状及培训需求,探讨以提高岗位胜任力为目标的儿科医学人才培养路径。方法:南京医科大学附属儿童医院儿科学专业学位硕士研究生为调查对象,以问卷调查形式对研究生八项岗位胜任力的重要性判定和所达到的水平进行自我评价。结果:儿科学专业学位硕士研究生对八项岗位胜任力重要性判定结果都在4分以上,认知程度为重要。胜任力自评均分为3.874 ± 0.439分,各维度得分从高到低依次为团队合作能力、核心价值观与医生职业素养、人际沟通能力、医学知识与终身学习能力、临床技能和医疗服务能力、科学研究能力、疾病预防与健康促进、信息与管理能力。结论:儿科学专业学位硕士研究生培养中引入“岗位胜任力”的理念具有理论意义和实践意义,可以通过线上线下创新型互动式教学模式,强化意识、增加专题培训,参加各级创新创业计划,强化临床轮转与模拟教学等途径提高其岗位胜任力,打造“全能型”儿科医学人才。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To investigate the competency of postgraduates with professional degrees in pediatrics and to search for astandardtraining which aims at advancing position competencies. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the postgraduates with professional degrees in pediatrics from Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Results:The postgraduates in the survey agreed that the rate of the eight abilities of competence should be higher than 4 points,which could be interpreted as important. The degree of cognition is important. The average of competency self-assessment is 3.874 ± 0.439. The self-evaluation scores of eight abilities from high to low were teamwork,professionalism,interpersonal communication,master and use of medical knowledge,clinical skills,academic research,health promotion and disease prevention,information and management. Conclusions:The concept of introducing “competency” in the training of postgraduates with professional degrees in pediatrics has theoretical and practical significance. It can enhance the awareness,increase special training and participate in innovation and entrepreneurship programs at all levels through the online and offline innovative andinteractive teaching mode,strengtheningclinical rotation and simulating teaching to improve students’ competency and to create omnipotent pediatric medical talents. |
