Abstract:Objective：To understand the current status of occupational burnout in outpatient medical guide of a Tertiary Level-A Chinese medicine hospital. Methods：A self-made questionnaire and a burnout scale（Job Burnout，MBI-GS）were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on outpatient medical guides. Results：57.38% of outpatient medical guides had moderate and severe emotional failure；39.34% of outpatient medical guides had moderate and severe cynical；there were fewer outpatient medical guides with a certain degree of achievement，accounting for 8.2%；the average score of the procreated guides’ emotional exhaustion is higher than that of the childless guides’；the personal achievement of the outpatient medical guides graduated from profession training school is lower than that of the ones graduated from colleges；the single medical undergraduates has lower personal achievement than the married medical undergraduates. Conclusions：Managers should pay attention to the situation of outpatient medical guide care burnout，scientifically deploy manpower and strengthen humanized management.
