中文摘要: 目的：通过对手术开台时间延迟原因分析，探讨精细化考核联合行政通报对手术开台准点率的影响，从而提高手术室的运作效率。方法：通过对不同干预前后首台手术准点开台的合格率进行对比，选取最适合该院情况的干预方法。结果：采取精细化考核联合行政通报后，首台手术准时开台率从52.68%提高到90.14%（χ2=221.45，p < 0.01）。结论：精细化考核联合行政通报能够有效提高手术室的运作效率，给医院带来更大的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:Objective：To investigate the effect of precise examination combined with administrative circular in the operation starting time through the analysis of the causes for the delay of the operation starting，so as to improve the operation efficiency in operation rooms. Methods：By comparing the qualified rate of the first operation starting time before and after the different interventions，the intervention method which suited our hospital’s situation was selected. Results：The founding rate of the first operation starting time was increased from 52.68% to 90.14%（χ2=221.45，p < 0.01）after the precise examination combined with administrative circular. Conclusions：the precise examination combined with administrative circular can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the operation room，bringing more economic and social benefits to the hospital.
