中文摘要: 目的：运用PDCA循环管理住院时间超过30天患者，减少住院时间超30天患者比例，缩短平均住院日，减少平均住院费用。方法：回顾性分析2015年住院时间超过30天患者的基本信息，找出住院时间长的主要原因，制定对策，应用PDCA循环进行持续质量改进，并对结果进行监测和效果评价。结果：2015—2017年住院时间超过30天患者占本年度出院病人比例逐年减少。结论：PDCA循环在住院时间超过30天患者管理中的应用效果良好，能有效的缩短平均住院日，减少平均住院费用。
Abstract:Purpose：Using PDCA Circle to manage patients who stayin hospital for more than 30 days to decrease their proportion and to shorten their average length of stay，reducing their average hospital expenses. Method：Analyze the basic information of patients who stayed in hospital for more than 30 days in 2015 retrospectively. Work out the main cause of long hospital stay and develop countermeasures. Using PDCA Circle to promote continuous quality improvement and to monitor and assess the results. Results：As relative to discharged patients in year2015，2016 and 2017，the proportion of patients stayed in hospital for more than 30 days is decreasing. Conclusions：PDCA Circle has been quite effective in managing patients who stay in hospital for more than 30 days. It can shorten average hospital stay effectively and reduce average hospital expenses.
