中文摘要: 目的:按照三级医院评审的要求,保证病人诊疗连续性,维护医院正常运行。方法:从人员缺位的现状分析出发,列举出人员缺位的几种情况和成因分析。以南京市江宁医院为案例,将PDCA循环管理工具运用到人员紧急替代机制中。结果:通过人员紧急替代的PDCA应用,医院人员缺位情况得到明显改善,突发状况的处理有所提高,病人满意度不断增加。结论:PDCA循环在人员紧急替代领域的应用,有助于医院人力资源的完善和发展,维护医院正常运行。
Abstract:Objective:To ensure the continuity of patients’ diagnosis and treatment and to maintain the normal operation of hospitals in accordance with the requirements of the evaluation of tertiary hospitals. Methods:Starting from the analysis of the current situation of personnel vacancy,this paper lists several situations and causes of personnel vacancy. Taking Nanjing Jiangning Hospital as an example,PDCA cycle management tool was applied to personnel emergency substitution mechanism. Results:Through the application of PDCA,the vacancy situation of hospital staff has been significantly improved,the solutionsto sudden situation has been improved,and patients’satisfaction rate has been increased. Conclusions:The application of PDCA cycle in the field of emergency replacement of personnel is helpful to the improvement and development of hospital human resources and the maintenance of normal operation of hospital.
