Abstract:Objective：To solve the existing problems in the intern management from medical department of medical institutes and strengthen the intern management. Method：Combined with relevant literature，an analysis about the intern management of medical department in recent years was made to find existing problems and put forward advice. Results：Some problems still exist in the intern management of medical department, including lacking the clinical practice, improving the department concept, adjusting the teaching mode, lacking the supervision and evaluation system and so on. Conclusion：The management of intern in medical department of medical institutions will be improved by and improving the management concept of departments. The department management concept can be improved by strengthening the practicality of content. The teaching mode can be adjusted to introduce the assistant-oriented management. Last but not least, the incentive mechanism can be established so as to implement assessment system and improve the quality of practice.
