Abstract:Objective：To investigate three-track stereoscopic model which combines LBL，CBL and TBL in the clinical courses of endocrinology. Methods：The students are divided into two groups：traditional group and teaching reform group. Then, different methods are adopted in the two groups. The first group adopted LBL (lecture), while the second group used three-track stereoscopic model. Traditional group consisted of 80 people and the teaching reform group consisted of 88 people. The comprehensive assessment of this model has been estimated by test scores and questionnaire surveys. Results: The results show that compared with the traditional LBL pedagogy，three-track stereoscopic pedagogy can help students do better in acquiring professional knowledge, improving teamwork ability,enhancing the ability to analyze issues and to solve problems. Conclusions：Teaching reform group is better than traditional group in teaching effect. This study provides a good basis for clinical courses to promote the three-track stereoscopic model.
