目的：探讨脑卒中一体化管理和院内卒中流程优化在缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治时间中的作用。方法：2016年7~12月在我院急诊科就诊的发病在6小时内的急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为对照组；2017年7~12月在我院急诊科就诊的发病在6小时内急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为实验组。对照组按照脑卒中传统的常规就治流程；实验组在各医共体单位建立脑卒中三位一体智能化信息平台和院内卒中流程优化处置。结果：两组患者比较，实验组溶栓例数多于对照组（P＜0.05）；发病到入急诊时间和入院到溶栓时间（DNT）实验组均短于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：脑卒中一体化管理和院内卒中流程优化可明显缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者的救治时间，提高救治成功率。

Objective：This study explored the role of integrated stroke management and in-hospital stroke optimization in reducing the treatment time of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Method：From July to December，2016，patients with acute ischemic stroke within 6 hours who were diagnosed in the emergency department of our hospital served as the control group. In the emergency department of our hospital from July to December 2017，patients with acute ischemic stroke within 6 hours of the disease were as the experimental group. The control group was treated according to the traditional routine of stroke. The experimental group was disposed according to the optimization process，which was to establish a three-in-one intelligent information platform for stroke and optimization of the in-hospital stroke process in each medical unit. Results：By comparing with two groups，the number of thrombolytic cases in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. The time from onset to emergency and the time from admission to the Door to Needle Time（DNT）were both shorter than those in the control group（P < 0.01）. Conclusion：The integrated management of stroke and the optimization of in-hospital stroke process can significantly reduce the treatment time of patients with acute ischemic stroke and improve theremedy achievement ratio.
