中文摘要: 目的：保证医用高值耗材的使用安全和质量控制，提高医疗质量和管理效率。方法：分析目前医院医用高值耗材的问题，进行循证理论管理医用高值耗材的效用分析，将循证管理方法应用到耗材管理的各个环节，建立使用目录，耗材成本分析及风险监控方面全程跟踪，加强耗材合理使用和质量管理。结果：通过建立医用高值耗材使用目录、开展医用耗材成本分析和实施耗材使用的风险监控，加强了医用高值耗材的管理。结论：建立医用高值耗材使用目录、开展医用耗材成本分析和实施耗材使用的风险监控更有效提高循证模式下的耗材管理。
Abstract:Objective：To ensure safety in utilization and quality control of high-valueConsumables and promote the medical quality and managerial effectiveness. Methods：The problems of high-valueConsumables will be analyzed and the utility analysis of them will be done by evidence-based mode. The evidence-based mode will be applied to every parts of management of high-value consumables. Besides，the using list will be established，cost analysis of consumables and all-the-way tracking of risk supervision will be done to increase the reasonable use and quality management of consumables. Results：Through all these methods，the management of medical high-value consumables are strengthened. Conclusion：Establishing the using list，doing cost analysis of consumables and all-the-way tracking of risk supervision can promote the consumable management based on evidence-based mode.
