中文摘要: 目的：为解决产科护理人力不能满足日益增长的母婴护理需要，母婴同室护理员精细化结合公司化管理以保障母婴生活照护。方法：选择专业的物业公司，将母婴同室护理员纳入公司化管理，业务技术由产科护士长、总责任护士对其进行执业培训、考核、护理质量控制，利用PDCA循环法，实施母婴生活护理质量持续性改进。结果：实施母婴同室护理员精细化结合公司化管理，护理员综合能力得到提高，与未实施公司化管理前比较，考核成绩明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：实施母婴同室护理员精细化结合公司化管理和母婴同室病房环境，有利于母婴生活护理，有利于提高纯母乳喂养率。
Abstract:Objective：In order to solve the problems that nurses in obstetrics department cannot meet the requirements of increasing workload of maternal-baby nurses，it is necessary to make the rooming-in nurses adopt refining and corporationize Management to ensure the care for mother and baby. Methods：A professional property management company should be selected to bring the rooming-in nurses in the management of the corporation whose skills is controlled by the head nurse of obstetrics and the general nurse from professional training，examination and quality of nursing. Besides，the method PDCA cycle was usedto continuously improve the quality of care for mother and baby. Results：After implementing the refining and corporationize management for rooming-in nurses，the overall quality of the nursing staff is largely improved，and the grades are obviously better than before. The difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）. Conclusion：Implementing Refining and Corporationize Management for Rooming-in Nurses is helpful to the care for both mother and baby，as well as the rate of breast breeding.
