Bidding Evaluation Audit Equipment Authorization Validity of Registration Certificate Warranty Performance
目的：总结本人十几年评标经验，为初次进入评标专家库的同仁提供借鉴。方法：对评标过程中医疗设备授权、医疗器械注册证有效期、医疗设备评审中业绩、医疗设备保修期等项目进行分析，供评委参考。结果：在评标过程中简化工作流程，提高工作效率，改善服务质量，提高评标合格率。结论：为用户评出性价比高的产品，评标结果达到投标方招标方和共同满意效果。
Objective：Based on more than ten years’ experience in bid evaluation of mine，to provide reference for colleagues who enter the bidding expert database for the first time. Methods：Strengthening the judges to pay attention to the evaluation of these projects，such us authorization of medical equipment，valid term for medical equipment，medical equipment warranty period，performance in medical equipment review in the process of bid evaluate. Results：It could simplify the work process，improve work efficiency，improve service quality，improve the qualified rate of bid evaluation in the procedure of medical equipment bidding. Conclusion：It could give users the evaluation of cost-effective products，and the result of bid evaluation is satisfactory to the bidders.
