    目的:评价医疗器械科人员创新性绩效考核方案在调动人员积极性提高器械科的服务质量中的促进作用。方法:根据医院实际情况,制定可以量化的器械科人员绩效考核方案,并评价其信度及应用效果。结果:本研究设计的量化绩效考核得分能很好地反映实际工作业绩,有效提高医疗器械科的服务质量,增加绩效收入,调动人员积极性,被考核人员反响良好。结论:该创新性绩效考核方案能有效调动积极因素,提高器械科的服务质量。

    Objective:To evaluate the effect of innovative performance assessment program on improving the quality of service and mobilizing the enthusiasm of personnel in medical equipment department. Methods:According to the actual situation of the hospital,a performance evaluation program of the equipment department personnel could be quantified,and its reliability and application effect could be evaluated. Results:The quantitative performance evaluation score of this study reflected the actual performance of personal work. This plan can effectively improve the quality of medical equipment service,increase performance income,motivate personnel,and the assess personnel respond well. Conclusion:The innovative performance appraisal program can effectively mobilize positive factors,increase the service quality of the medical equipment department.
