目的：探索医院集团发展进程中区域性医疗集团运行模式的选择方法。方法：总结区域性医疗集团的组织结构和运行模式，并利用PEST-SWOT分析方法，对外部环境和内部态势进行全方位分析，针对各环境因素采取应对策略，并将这些策略进行归纳，形成层次分析的准则层，以各运行模式对应的运营方式作为层次分析的方案层，进行层次分析，得出最适于研究对象的运行模式。结果：通过对天津市人民医院医疗集团运行模式的选择，验证了该方法的有效性。结论：利用PEST-SWOT分析方法和层次分析法，建立的一套区域性医疗集团运行模式选择方法是可以为医疗集团选择集团化发展模式提供帮助的。
Objective：To explore the selection method of operational mode of regional medical group in the process of hospital group development. Methods：Summarize the organizational structure and operational mode of regional medical group，then the PEST-SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external environment and internal situation in an all-round way，and to take countermeasures against various environmental factors，and these strategies are summarized to form a hierarchical analysis of the criteria layer，with the corresponding operation modes of each operation mode as the hierarchical analysis of the program layer，the hierarchical analysis is carried out to get the most. Results：The validity of this method was validated by selecting the operation mode of Tianjin People's Hospital Medical Group. Conclusion：A set of regional medical group operation mode selection method based on PEST-SWOT and AHP was established. The development mode provides help.
