Abstract:Objective：Learn from Israel’s disaster relief related system construction and implementation methods，to draw on Israel’s guidance for a disaster relief drill in our hospital，to provide guidance for improving the quality of disaster relief in hospitals in China and building a health emergency response system with regional characteristics. Methods：Analyze and summarize Israel’s disaster relief system and implementation methods，use this as a theoretical basis to take our hospital as an example to fully mobilize sectors and departments to organize disaster relief drills，analyze the main points in the disaster relief drill，combine the drill comments made by the Israel Disaster Relief Team to summarize the problems and indicate the directions for improvement during the drill. Results：Israel’s disaster relief has a far-reaching impact on the international community；Our hospital’sdisaster relief efforts still have room for improvement in institutional construction，IT information management and hospital management. Conclusion：Israel’s disaster relief has guiding significance for disaster relief in our country. China’s hospitals should further reform and improve from the aspects of theoretical guidance，strategic analysis and system construction of disaster relief to improve the quality of disaster relief.
