Abstract:Objective：To explore how to support the daycare management center to complete process reengineering by information system，to improve patients’ admission and treatment rate，reduce patients’ hospital expanse and the average length of stay in hospital，ensure the patients’treatment quality and optimize the management in the “decentralized collection，dispersed governance” model. Methods：Do some designing and remodeling to meet the hospital’s personalized mode of realization，combined with the actual situation by carding and remodeling our daytcare management process，as well as the top-level design of information system. Results：According to the actual situation of our hospital，the “decentralized collection，dispersed governance”model was adapted. The appointment was made at the daycaremanagement center，the anesthesia evaluation was taken in anesthesia clinic，the surgery was operated in the major operating rooms，and the follow-up was completed by each department，which has realized the full process management ranged from outpatient to inpatient，from preoperative evaluation to postoperative follow-up. Conclusion：Through research the actual needs of our hospital，we have built the daycare management process，and realized information management，which has successfully increased the turnover rate of hospital beds，reduced thelength of stay in hospital and patients’hospitalization expenses，and further improved the hospital’s work efficiency and satisfaction.
