Multidisciplinary Model Drug Adverse Events Medication Safety

目的：探讨MDT模式在降低医院药物不良事件发生的实践效果。方法：将2017年7~12月在我院住院的患者23 314例作为MDT组，建立由护理部、医务科、药剂科、信息科、检验科、感染科等多学科人员组成的药物不良事件行政MDT项目组，实施用药管理措施。将实施MDT模式前，2017年1~6月在我院的住院患者23 516例作为对照组，比较两组各级不良事件的发生情况。结果：MDT组药物不良事件发生率较对照组下降，由0.006 16%降至0.003 41%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：MDT模式干预下的医院药物管理模式，对降低医院药物不良事件发生率的效果较好，促进了临床用药安全。
Objective：To study the effect of multi-disciplinary teamwork（MDT）mode on Management of Hospital Medication Errors. Methods：23 314 patients in Xinghua People’s Hospital from July to December 2017 were divided into the MDT group. MDT working group，including departments of nursing，medicine，pharmacy，information，clinical laboratory，infection，implement drug administration measures. 23 516 patients from January to June 2017 were divided into the control group，which were under routine mode. Results：The rate of drug adverse events in the MDT group was significantly lower than that of the control group，from 0.006 16% to 0.003 41%（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：The MDT mode in hospital drug administration significantly reduced the rate of drug adverse events，promoting the clinical safe use of drug.
