目的：研究医院成立内审评价督导员队伍对完善内审评价体系，推进医院质量管理的作用。方法：建立内审评价体系，遴选内审评价督导员，设计内部评价标准与方案，组织内部人员对医院质量、安全、服务及管理进行定期、全面、系统的评价。结果：通过对内审评价督导员不断的培训及内审评价活动的深入开展，内审评价督导员管理意识提升，内审评价能力逐步提高。结论：建立内审评价体系中内审评价督导员队伍，可及时发现问题、解决问题，推动医院质量安全持续改进。
Objective：To study the role of the internal audit evaluation system in the hospital to improve the internal audit evaluation system and promote the hospital quality management. Methods：To establish the internal audit evaluation system，select the internal audit evaluation supervisor，design the internal evaluation standard and plan，organize the internal personnel to carry on the regular，comprehensive and systematic evaluation to the hospital quality，safety，service and management. Results：Through the continuous training of the internal audit evaluation supervisor and the in-depth development of the internal audit evaluation activities，the management consciousness of the internal audit evaluation supervisor is promoted and the evaluation ability of internal audit is improved. Conclusion：The establishment of internal audit evaluation team in internal evaluation system can detect problems and solve problems in time，and promote continuous improvement of hospital quality and safety.
