Abstract:With the development of economy and society，there are increasingly demands for high quality of services and environments of the vaccination clinics. Compared with the traditional outpatient service，digital preventive inoculation on outpatients combines the waiting，pre-examination，registration，inoculation and observation in an orderly manner，which greatly improves the efficiency of inoculation and effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional outpatient service. Jiangsu Province has carried on the active exploration to the whole process of digital preventive inoculation information system for preventive inoculation on outpatients，which can effectively improve the inoculation management，make the vaccination more standardized and scientific，and avoid the occurrence of preventive inoculation mistakes. At the same time，it further meets the diverse needs of various people. In addition，the establishment of preventive inoculation service information database can lay a data base for forecasting the trend of preventive inoculation development. Through the establishment of digital preventive inoculation outpatient service，the inoculation service is more humanized. After digital preventive inoculation，almost all outpatients meet the qualified requirements，and the observation area is no longer empty.
