数字化预防接种门诊与传统门诊相比，将候诊、预检、登记、接种、留观有序结合，极大地提高了预防接种效率，有效解决了传统门诊存在的问题。江苏省对预防接种门诊建立全流程、数字化的预防接种信息系统进行了积极探索，有效提高了接种管理水平，预防接种更加规范、科学，避免了预防接种差错的发生；同时进一步满足了不同群众更高层次的需求；此外，建立预防接种服务信息数据库，可为预测预防接种发展趋势奠定数据基础。通过建立数字化接种门诊，接种服务更加人性化，接种疫苗后留观几乎全部达到合格要求，留观区不再形同虚设。
With the development of economy and society，there are increasingly demands for high quality of services and environments of the vaccination clinics. Compared with the traditional outpatient service，digital preventive inoculation on outpatients combines the waiting，pre-examination，registration，inoculation and observation in an orderly manner，which greatly improves the efficiency of inoculation and effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional outpatient service. Jiangsu Province has carried on the active exploration to the whole process of digital preventive inoculation information system for preventive inoculation on outpatients，which can effectively improve the inoculation management，make the vaccination more standardized and scientific，and avoid the occurrence of preventive inoculation mistakes. At the same time，it further meets the diverse needs of various people. In addition，the establishment of preventive inoculation service information database can lay a data base for forecasting the trend of preventive inoculation development. Through the establishment of digital preventive inoculation outpatient service，the inoculation service is more humanized. After digital preventive inoculation，almost all outpatients meet the qualified requirements，and the observation area is no longer empty.
