目的：通过盘点南京医科大学17家附属医院2010年1月—2018年6月专利情况，了解专利整体情况及存在问题，为专利转化利用提供参考。方法：信息检索17家附属医院专利数据，对专利数目、种类、状态等进行统计分析，重点对失效专利进行了梳理与分析。结果：2010年1月—2018年6月，17家附属医院专利总量为2 327项，从专利状态来看，授权为1 352项，审中为314项，失效为661项；从专利类型来看，实用新型占到73.18%，发明占到26.43%；在失效专利中，非时效因素导致的失效占到了18%。结论：应多举措调动医务与科研人员创新生力军，建设专利管理人员队伍，加强专利全过程监管，重视失效专利分析与再利用。

Objective：The patent status of 17 affiliated hospitals of Nanjing Medical University from January 2010 to June 2018 are reviewed to find out the overall situation and existing problems of patents，so as to provide reference for patent transformation and utilization. Methods：The patent data of 17 affiliated hospitals are retrieved，and the number，types and status of patents are statistically analyzed. The invalid patents are sorted out and analyzed emphatically. Results：From January 2010 to June 2018，the total number of patents in 17 affiliated hospitals was 2 327. According to the patent status，1 352 patents are authorized，314 patents are examining，and 661 patents are invalid. In terms of the patent types，73.18% are utilities，26.43% are inventions. Non-prescriptive factors accounts for 18% of invalid patents. Conclusion：More measures should be taken to motivate innovative forces of medical personnel and scientific researchers，to build teams of patent administrators，to strengthen the supervision of the whole process of patents，and to attach importance to the analysis and reuse of invalid patents.
