中文摘要: 目的：综合评价医院各临床科室的医疗质量水平的优劣，为医院管理部门决策制定提供参考。方法：运用加权TOPSIS法对某二甲综合医院2016年临床各科室的医疗质量进行综合评价分析 。结果：各临床科室的医疗质量存在差异，且评价结果好的科室与评价结果差的科室差异明显。结论：通过结果对比，分析影响医疗质量的原因，加以改进，进一步提高医疗质量。
Abstract:Objective：The quality of medical treatment in each clinical department of hospital is evaluated synthetically，in order to provide the reference for the decision making of hospital administration. Methods：Using the weighted TOPSIS method to evaluate and analyze the medical quality of a Second A general hospital’s clinical department in 2006. Results：There are significant differences in medical quality between the departments，and the departments with good evaluation and those with poor evaluation are significantly different. Conclusion：Through the comparison of the results，the causes affecting the medical quality are analyzed and improved to further improve the medical quality.
