中文摘要: 目的：分析温州市社会办医盈利状况及原因，提出社会办医盈利率管控建议。方法：以杜邦财务分析为主，结合卫生经济学理论从医疗服务信息、医保在医疗服务运营中的作用，以及高盈利服务为主的角度探讨了温州市社会办医院盈利率状况及原因。结果：医疗服务公益性不足，较高的信息搜寻成本和医保监管不足是温州市社会办医盈利率较高的主要原因。结论：提高社会办医公益性服务激励，加强社会办医医疗服务价格监督，扩大社会办医与商业保险合作，有助于促进社会办医经济效益与社会效益统一。
Abstract:Objective：Analyzing the profit situation and reasons of nongovernmental hospitals in Wenzhou，and putting forward suggestions of controlling profit rate in nongovernmental hospitals. Methods：Based on DuPont financial analysis and Health Economics Theory，this paper discusses the profit rate of and its reasons of nongovernmental hospitals in Wenzhou from the view of the role of medical service information and medical insurance in the operation of medical service, as well as the high profit service. Result：The lack of public welfare, high information searching cost and insufficient supervision of medical insurance are the main reasons for the higher profit rate of nongovernmental hospitals in Wenzhou. Conclusion：It is helpful to promote the unity of economic and social benefits of nongovernmental hospitals by improving the incentive of public welfare services, strengthening the supervision of the price of medical services, and expanding the cooperation between nongovernmental hospitals and commercial insurance.
