Abstract:Objective：To establish and implement the “cold chain of blood” frame in Huai’an City to ensure the quality and safety of clinical blood supply. Methods：Setting up blood storage points independently，planning blood supply areas，straightening out blood collection points and working duties of blood storage points，establishing and perfecting the management system of “cold chain of blood”，constructing long-term mechanism of management of “cold chain of blood”，introducing special box of blood transportation，Haier temperature monitoring system and blood transportation temperature monitoring chip，ensuring flexible application of Huai’an clinical blood transfusion quality control center management function，to strengthen “blood cold chain” supervision and management. Results：the frame of “blood cold chain” in Huai’an city was established preliminarily. Conclusion：The establishment and implementation of the framework of “blood cold chain” in Huai’an City has strengthened the training of medical institutions and blood collection organizations, providing normative basis For clinical transfusion to quality control center in “blood cold chain” management supervision and inspection. It has guaranteed the blood storage，the transportation quality，providing safe and reliable blood and relative products for clinical use.
