目的：通过医教协同、院校合作培养，提升医学生人文素质。方法：在调查研究的基础上，院校双方达成共识，制订具体的培养方案，在实施过程中总结完善。结果：医学生的人文素质得到提升。结论：医教协同、院校深入合作加强医学人文素质教育能够有效提升医学生的整体素质。
Objective：Through the collaboration of medical and educational cooperation，hospitals and universities are able to cultivate students’ humanistic quality. Methods：On the basis of investigation and research，the two parties reached a consensus to formulate specific training programs，and summarized the improvement in the implementation process. Results：The humanistic quality of medical students has been improved. Conclusion：The collaboration of medical education and the in-depth cooperation of colleges and universities can effectively promote the humanistic quality of clinical medical students’ education.
