Abstract:Objective：Using information management mechanism to ensure patents of stability of vital signs in emergency room can be transferred in time, shorten the stay time of patients in the rescue room, increasing the efficiency of emergency department. Methods：Through on-site investigation of the emergency rescue room in our hospital，observe the retention of patients and analyze the influence of patient retention in emergency resuscitation room. Results：The night stay is long，and the night shift is not smooth. Patients in the Department of emergency did not have adequate beds for emergency beds，resulting in the prolonged detention of patients in the emergency resuscitation room. Conclusion：Shortening the patient retention time in emergency resuscitation room, breaking the current situation of division of specialized wards and increased flexibility in bed using by establishing Informatization management mechanism. And It is beneficial for emergency department to increase management and economic benefits.
