Abstract:Public hospitals’ charity foundations not only manifest the nonprofit nature of the hospital，but also make up the gap of basic medical security. However，currently，problems such as single finance source and lack of specialty are still in existence. In this case, public hospitals’ charity foundations should employ more excellent professionals and establish credibility of the foundation through standard and transparent management. Meanwhile，government’s purchasing services and the application of Internet technology can also add to the vitality of the foundation and realize the sustainable development of it.
