目的:了解儿童医院青年员工的职业生涯规划现状和存在问题,为完善医院青年人才培养提出合理化建议。方法:通过问卷调查、文献检索对青年员工的职业需求、满意度进行现状分析,进而提出解决策略。结果:儿童医院医疗工作有其特殊性,工作强度大、从业风险高、收入普遍较低,青年员工对工作现状不满意者较多。结论:需对青年医务工作者做好思想指引和职业规划。
Purpose:To understand career planning status and existing problems of young staffs in children’s hospital ,and put forward reasonable suggestions to young talent cultivation in hospital. Methods:Through questionnaire survey and literature search,this paper analyzes the career needs and satisfaction of young employees,and then puts forward a solution strategy. Results:Children’s hospital medical work has its particularity,the work intensity is intensive,the profession risk is high,the income is generally low,young employees are not satisfied with the status. Conclusion:Guidelines and career planning for young medical workers are needed.
