Abstract:Purpose：To understand career planning status and existing problems of young staffs in children’s hospital ，and put forward reasonable suggestions to young talent cultivation in hospital. Methods：Through questionnaire survey and literature search，this paper analyzes the career needs and satisfaction of young employees，and then puts forward a solution strategy. Results：Children’s hospital medical work has its particularity，the work intensity is intensive，the profession risk is high，the income is generally low，young employees are not satisfied with the status. Conclusion：Guidelines and career planning for young medical workers are needed.
