Abstract:It discussed the effectiveness and existing problems of property rights reform in public hospital in this thesis，and proposed countermeasures. On the whole，although the property rights reform is not a decisive factor in solving all the challenges in public hospitals，it can leverage the external forces to promote the change for the hospitals in difficulties. Therefore，we should fully aware the generality and particularity of reforms，adhere to the principle of categorized reforms，clarify the main directions of the hospitals after reform，pay attention to the selection and assessment of investors and managers，assessment and incentive mechanism of president，and improve the particular hospital culture. Such endeavor will promote the healthy development of the hospitals after reform and give better play to their social benefits.
