Abstract:Objective：Through case studies of current situation of resident standardized training in cooperative units，the results will provide evidence for Health Administrative Departments to further regulate the construction and management of resident standardized training cooperative units. Methods：Selected 3 Suqian cooperative hospital for the study，interviewed directors of training for the hospital administrative staff，gave out questionnaires to people in charge of training，the survey results were analyzed. Results：the training base of cooperative units basically reached standard，but teacher training rate is low，management and organization are not specialized enough，the link between the bases is weak and financial support channel is limited. Conclusion：Cooperative units have basic conditions for carrying out the medical residency training，and have achieved some success in the past，but there are still some problems to be solved.
