中文摘要: 鉴于专业鉴定对于化解医疗纠纷的极端重要性，作者从法律实务角度对两种鉴定模式（医学会鉴定和司法鉴定）从专业性、组织程序、适用范围、时间经济成本四个维度进行对比分析，着重提出发挥法院引导作用、创新医学会鉴定方式、多渠道保障司法鉴定独立性等若干建议以期充分发挥两种鉴定模式的各自优势，共同服务于医疗纠纷的化解。
Abstract:Considering the extreme importance of identification in resolving medical disputes，this article does comparative analysis on two kinds of identification modes（medical association identification and judicial identification）from four dimensions of specialization，organization procedure，application scope and time economy cost from the perspective of legal practice，then puts forward suggestions such as playing the role of the court guiding，innovation of medical association appraisal methods，safeguarding independence of judicial appraisal from multiple channels for fulfilling their advantages to serve the solution of medical disputes together.
