中文摘要: 目的:对“二胎”政策下综合性医院儿科医生职业现状进行分析,探讨改善儿科医生职业现状的方法。方法:收集无锡市某综合性医院儿科医生2015~2017年有关指标,与全院医生平均水平进行横向、纵向比较。结果:综合性医院儿科医生人员构成不合理,工作量大,收入低,科研能力弱,医患矛盾紧张。结论:职业现状不佳是导致儿科医生短缺的主要原因,需要多措并举提升岗位吸引力。
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the occupational status of pediatricians in comprehensive hospitals under the “second child” policy,and to explore ways to improve the current status of pediatrician occupations. Methods:The relevant indicators from 2015 to 2017 of pediatricians in a comprehensive hospital in Wuxi were collected,such as number,sex,age,educational background,positional title,workload,annual income,the number of published research papers,the number of complaints and so on. And they were compared horizontally and vertically with the average level of all the other doctors from the hospital. Results:The composition of pediatricians in comprehensive hospitals was unreasonable. Their workload was heavy but the income was low,their research abilities were weak,and the conflict between doctors and patients was tense. Conclusion:The poor current occupational status is the main reason leading to the shortage of pediatricians. It is necessary to make more efforts to increase job attraction.
