目的：为解决医改背景下江苏省在医联体建设过程中遇到问题提供理论建议。方法：通过文献研究法，整理江苏省在医联体建设过程中遇到的问题，再整合国内各省市在医联体建设方面的理论研究与实践经验成果。结果：针对江苏省医联体建设中遇到的问题，提出相对应的解决措施，为江苏省医联体进一步建设提供理论依据。
Objective：This study provides theoretical suggestions for Jiangsu to solve the problems occurred in medical reform and the establishment of medical alliance. Methods：Through literature research method，we sorted out the problems encountered in the establishment of medical alliancein Jiangsu Province，and then integrated the theoretical researches and practical experience of domestic provinces and cities in the construction of medical alliance. Results：According to the problems encountered in the establishment of medical alliance in Jiangsu，corresponding solutions were put forward to provide theoretical basis for further construction of medical alliance in Jiangsu.
