Abstract:Objective：This study provides theoretical suggestions for Jiangsu to solve the problems occurred in medical reform and the establishment of medical alliance. Methods：Through literature research method，we sorted out the problems encountered in the establishment of medical alliancein Jiangsu Province，and then integrated the theoretical researches and practical experience of domestic provinces and cities in the construction of medical alliance. Results：According to the problems encountered in the establishment of medical alliance in Jiangsu，corresponding solutions were put forward to provide theoretical basis for further construction of medical alliance in Jiangsu.
