    目的:探讨为长期护理分级评估员提供培训的方法及效果。方法:培训采用理论与实践相结合的方式,对苏州市102名报名学员开展培训。在培训结束后对培训方法、培训内容、培训效果通过问卷、考试等方式进行评价。结果:综合考核成绩90分以上12人,占11.76%,80~90分之间60人,占58.82%,70~80分之间23人,占22.55%,60~70分之间7人,占6.86%;对教学态度的满意度为(3.94 ± 0.32)分,对授课内容的满意度为(3.93 ± 0.02)分,对教学方法的满意度为(3.92 ± 0.29)分,授课老师教学水平为(3.93 ± 0.02)分,对教学效果的满意度为(3.93 ± 0.02)分,总体评价为(3.95 ± 0.03)分。结论:理论与现场评估真实情景、实验室模拟情景相结合的培训模式,能有效提高评估员的综合能力,使评估员具备上岗资质,为政府精准发放养老补贴及长期护理保险制度的实施提供保障。

    Objective:To explore the methods and effects of long-term care grading evaluation training for the elderly. Methods:Training adopted a combination of theory and practice,totally 102 students in Suzhou received it. The outcomes were evaluated using questionnaires and tests. Results:11.76% of the students got 90 points or more. 58.82% of the students test scores between 80 and 90 points. 22.55% of the students test scores between 70 and 80 points. 6.86% of the students test scores between 60 and 70 points.The degree of the satisfaction of teaching attitude is(3.94 ± 0.32),the teaching contents is(3.93 ± 0.02),the teaching methord is(3.92 ± 0.29),the teaching level is(3.93 ± 0.02),teaching effect is(3.93 ± 0.02),the comprehensive evaluation is(3.95 ± 0.03). Conclusions:This training model combined with theory,real scenarios and laboratory simulation scenarios is a feasible method to improve students’ general ability and enable the assessor to qualify certification. It provides a scientific basis for the government to provide pension subsidies and long-term care insurance system.
