Post-graduates of Clinical Speciality Degree Empathy Ability Medical Humanism
目的：分析南京鼓楼医院在院临床专业学位研究生共情能力现状。方法：使用杰弗逊共情量表调查问卷，采用整群抽样的方法选择南京鼓楼医院2015级—2017级临床专业学位研究生为对象，对在院研究生进行问卷调查，了解在院研究生的医学人文素质现状。结果：是否接受过人文教育对临床专业型硕士研究生的共情能力比较差异有统计学意义。结论：临床专业学位硕士研究生共情能力较低，仍需进一步提高。
Objective：To analyze the status quo of empathy ability among post-graduates of clinical speciality degree. Methods：Cluster random sampling method and JSE-HP（the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-health Professionals）were used to conduct a questionnaire survey in order to ingvestigate the medical humanistic quality among the year of 2015 to 2017 Post-graduates of clinical speciality degree from Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. Results：There was statistically significant difference of empathy ability between receiving education or not of post-graduates of clinical speciality degree. Conclusions：The empathy ability of post-graduates of clinical speciality degree was at a relative low level and needed to promote.
