Hierarchical Medical System SWOT Analysis Outpatient Service

目的：明确在分级诊疗背景下三级综合医院门诊的发展战略。方法：运用SWOT分析方法研究三级综合医院门诊在分级诊疗模式下面临的发展优势、 劣势、机遇及威胁。结果：通过系统分析，有针对性地提出相应的策略，强化三级综合医院门诊的服务能力，以适应新形势的要求。结论：在分级诊疗模式下，三级综合医院应继续发挥在人才、技术等方面的优势，优化门诊服务流程，抓住机遇，切实地缓解“看病难，看病贵”问题。
Objective：To identify the development strategy of outpatient department of three grade general hospitals in the background of hierarchical medical system. Methods：The SWOT analysis method was used to study the advantages，weaknesses，opportunities and threats to the development of the three grade general hospitals in the hierarchical clinic mode. Results：Through systematic analysis，we put forward corresponding strategies to strengthen the service capacity of outpatient，so as to meet the requirements of the new situation. Conclusions：Under the hierarchical clinic mode，the three grade general hospitals should continue to exert their advantages of talents and medical technologies，optimize the outpatient service process，seize the opportunities fundamentally solve the problem of inadequate and expensive medical services.
