目的:通过实施行政MDT管理模式,形成管理合力,提升管理效能,转变工作作风。方法:成立10个联片小组,每组联系6~7个临床科室,每年开展2次联片调研活动。运用PDCA的管理工具不断改进MDT工作模式和质量。结果:2012年~2016年共收集问题2 623项(次),解决问题1 705项(次)。问卷调查显示,98.8%的职工认为,行政MDT管理模式能为科室解决问题;86.6%的职工认为,该管理模式能为学科发展把脉;86.6%的职工认为,行政职能部门工作作风有改进。结论:行政MDT模式破除了行政与临床之间的管理屏障,促使行政职能部门不断转变工作作风,医院管理效能有所提升。
Objective:Carrying out MDT management mode to form management force,improve management efficiency and change the style of work. Methods:Ten contracts group were shaped and each group investigated 6-7 clinical departments at least 2 times a year. Use PDCA to improve work pattern and quality of MDT. Results:2623 problems were discovered and 1705 of them were solved from 2012 to 2016. Through questionnaire,98.8% staff thought that this management mode can solve problems for the clinical departments,86.6% of them thought that this management mode can help discipline development and 86.6% of them thought that the administrative department work style has improved. Conclusions:MDT management mode break the barrier between administrative departments and clinical departments,and push administrative department to improve work style and hospital management efficiency is increasing.
