Abstract:Facing the issue of disorderly adding additional beds in various wards，our hospital，by using the advanced tools of informatization，streamlined workflow and staff responsibilities，which allow other departments to treat non-critically ill patients. Meanwhile，the management team could dynamically supervise and regulate bed resource in real time to better control the issue and achieve decent management effect.
