Abstract:Objective：To explore the effect of precision management in the nursing risk prevention and the control in delivery room. Methods：Approved by the ethics committee，this research selected 9，714 pregnant women that received conventional care in 2015 for the control group，and 11，755 pregnant women in routine care on the basis of the implementation of precision management in 2016 for the experimental group. The two groups were compared in ratios of cesarean section，episiotomy rate，postpartum hemorrhage rate，perinatal mortality，maternal satisfaction. Results：The cesarean section rate，episiotomy rate，postpartum hemorrhage rate in the experimental group was 43.3%，20.1%，2.48%，significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P <0.01）；the maternal satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 99.1%，significantly higher than the control group（84.8%），the difference was statistically significant（P=< 0.01）. Conclusion：The implementation of precision management improves the risk prevention consciousness of midwives. To improve the nursing quality of delivery room may improve maternal satisfaction，ensure maternal and child safety.
