Abstract:Objective：To explore the application effect of the quality control circle in improving fire control capacity in fire control room. Methods： the fire control personnel of our hospital set up the quality control circle group to analyze how to improve the ability of handing fire alarm，formulate countermeasures and implement quality continuous improvement. Results：The capacity to deal with fire alarm has been greatly improved，with a target rate of 130% and a progress rate of 50%. Conclusion：The activity of the quality control circle can not only improve the ability of the fire control room to handle the fire alarm，but also can reduce the occurrence of fire accidents.
