中文摘要: 目的：为更好地推进分级诊疗，优化区域内医疗资源配置。方法：医院以信息化为基础，通过技术与人才“双下沉”模式对接社区诊疗服务。结果：医院与11家社区卫生服务中心建立了医联体服务模式，不仅发挥了医院专业技术优势，提升了社区服务能力建设，更好地引导本区域居民合理就医。结论：“双下沉”医联体模式能有效推进分级诊疗，加快医疗机构间的协同发展，优化区域内医疗资源的合理配置。
Abstract:Objective：To optimize the allocation of medical resources in the region for better promotion of graded diagnosis and treatment. Methods：Based on information，the hospital connected the community diagnosis and treatment services via “Double Subsidence” mode of technology and talent. Results：The hospital and 11 community health service centers established the medical service mode，which not only made the most of hospital professional technical advantage，promoting the construction capacity of community service，but also better guided the residents of the region to seek medical treatment. Conclusion：The “Double Subsidence” model can effectively promote the classification diagnosis and treatment，accelerate the coordinated development of medical institutions，and optimize the rational allocation of medical resources in the region.
