中文摘要: 目的：了解昆山市外来务工家长对儿童主要意外伤害的认知现状，为开展针对性的干预措施，降低儿童意外伤害发生率提供依据。方法：选择昆山市10所小学，采用分层整群抽样方法调查1 000名外来务工家长及100名本地家长关于儿童跌落、溺水、交通事故和药品误服方面的知识。结果：外来务工家长对各类意外伤害的认知水平均低于本地家长。结论：昆山市外来务工家长对意外伤害的知晓率偏低，看护质量不高，看护意识亟待提高。
Abstract:Objective：Understanding the cognitive status about unintentional injury of pre-school children’s migrant parents in kunshan， and to provide suggestions for targeted interventions and reduce unintentional injury of pre-school children. Methods：1000 pre-school children’s migrant parents and 100 local parents in 10 primary schools were identified through a stratified cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey on knowledge about pre-school children falls，drowning，traffic accident and drug swallow. Results：The average score of unintentional injury is 11.6（total score：23）in migrant group. However，the average score of unintentional injury is 14.4 in local group. Conclusion：The awareness rate of unintentional injury is low among pre-school children's migrant parents in kunshan.The quality of care is low， and the awareness of care should be improved immediately.
