目的:了解桑给巴尔某公立医院护理人员对规范核查的认知程度、临床护理活动中的核查现状以及护理管理者对核查的督查情况,为援非医疗工作组在当地开展工作提供有效的实施依据及相关对策。方法:研究者自行设计问卷。对68名当地护理人员核查相关问题进行调查。结果:73.53%的被调查者表示执行操作一定会携带医嘱/执行单;关于给药操作,患者身份、药物名称、药物浓度、药物剂量、给药时间、给药方法在操作前的核查率仅为17.65%~30.88%;70%的被调查者表示无论在护士学校还是在医院均未接受过核查相关培训;51.47%的被调查者表示从未接受过医院对规范核查的督查;57.35%的被调查者表示自己曾经发生过核查相关不良事件。结论:桑给巴尔护理人员安全核查的现状不容乐观,援非医疗工作组应积极采取措施帮助当地开展安全核查的相关工作,以保障当地患者安全,提升医疗护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the awareness level and current status of check,and the situation of hospital’s supervision of check,so as to provide effective information and countermeasures for medical working group aidding to Africa. Methods:A total of 68 nurses were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about checking related issues. Results:73.53% of the respondents considered themselves carrying a medical order when implementing operation;on the drug operation,the check rates before operation of patient status,drug name,drug concentration,drug dose,administration time and administration method only 17.65 % to 30.88%;70% of the respondents received with no relevant training neither in the nursing schools or the hospitals;51.47% received with no hospital supervision of the check;57.35% existed relevant adverse events of the check. Conclusion:the safety status of Zanzibari staff nurses is not optimistic. The group should take active measures to help develop work of local safety check to ensure the security of local patients and improve the quality of medical care.
