目的:为优化国家级住院医师规范化培训基地师资队伍的管理,提升住院医师规范化培训的质量与水平,探索新形势下住院医师规范化培训师资架构及管理模式。方法:引入管理角色理论,对住培师资进行角色分析与功能定位,通过对医院师资队伍进行有效管理跨度分析,并对师资管理体系进行分层划分组织,同时基于医院师资个体工作与教学任务的多样性与复杂性,将角色重叠组模型与师资角色进行有效融合与匹配。结果:全新定义了师资管理架构,并设计制定出住院医师规范化培训过程中各类工作场景下的基本角色行为指南,并将数据化的客观角色评价纳入到规范化培训师资管理多向交互评价考核体系中。结论:推进师资管理的评价精度与实施效能、提高师资队伍的教学质量与工作水平,为住院医师规范化培训工作进一步推进实施提供有力保障。
Objective:To optimize the management of teaching staff in national resident standardizing training base,improve the quality and level of resident standardizing training,and explore the teachers' framework and management model of resident standardizing training in the new situation. Method:Management role theory is introduced for role analysis and functional orientation of teaching staff in resident standardizing training. Role overlapping group model and teacher role are effectively fused and matched,through the effective management span analysis of hospital teaching staff and the layered of teacher management system,based on the diversity and complexity of individual work and teaching tasks of hospital teachers. Results:A new teacher management framework is defined,and the basic role behavior guide of various work scenes during resident standardizing training is designed and formulated,also the data based assessment of objective roles is brought into the multi interactive evaluation system related to teacher management of standardized training. Conclusion:Evaluation accuracy and implementation efficiency of teacher management as well as the teaching quality and work level of teaching staff are promoted,which providing a strong guarantee for further implementation of resident standardizing training work.
