Abstract:Objective：To strengthen the implementation and supervision of the medical core system，and to ensure the implementation of the medical core system. Methods：The PDCA cycle was applied in the implementation of the eighteen medical core systems. Results：The quality of the ward record writing of the doctors at the higher level was obviously improved by taking the ward rounds system of grade three doctors as an example. Conclusion：The introduction of PDCA cycle into the medical core system，through spiral improvement，could continuously promote the continuous improvement of the medical core system.
