目的：加强医疗核心制度的落实与监管，保证医疗核心制度的贯彻落实。方法：PDCA循环在十八项医疗核心制度贯彻执行中应用。结果：以三级医师查房制度为例，上级医师查房记录书写质量明显改善。结论：将PDCA循环引入到医疗核心制度中，通过螺旋式上升，不断促进医疗核心制度的持续改进。
Objective：To strengthen the implementation and supervision of the medical core system，and to ensure the implementation of the medical core system. Methods：The PDCA cycle was applied in the implementation of the eighteen medical core systems. Results：The quality of the ward record writing of the doctors at the higher level was obviously improved by taking the ward rounds system of grade three doctors as an example. Conclusion：The introduction of PDCA cycle into the medical core system，through spiral improvement，could continuously promote the continuous improvement of the medical core system.
