目的：了解某社区卫生服务中心职工健康状况，分析原因后提出健康促进策略，为制定和完善健康管理提供依据。方法：通过分析职工近三年的368份体检报告，对疾病的检出率进行统计分析。结果：慢性咽炎、甲状腺结节、高脂血症、脂肪肝等疾病的检出率呈现逐年增长的趋势；高脂血症、脂肪肝的检出率男性高于女性；慢性咽炎、甲状腺结节和肺部结节的检出率逐年升高。结论：某社区卫生服务中心的职工健康状况不容乐观，应采取积极有效的措施，配合多样化、人性化的体检套餐，注重心理健康，达到健康促进常态化。

Objective：To understand the health status of workers in a community health service center，analysis of the reasons and propose health promotion strategies for providing the basis of developing and improving the health management. Methods：Through the analysis of 368 physical examination reports in the past three years，get the relevance ratio of disease by statistical analysis. Results：The relevance ratio of diseases showed a trend of increasing year by year，such as chronic pharyngitis，thyroid nodules，hyperlipidemia，fatty liver and so on. The male relevance ratio of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver is higher than female. The rate of chronic pharyngitis，thyroid nodules and pulmonary nodules increased year by year. Conclusion：The workers’ health status of community health service center is not optimistic，should take effective measures，such as diversification and humanized physical examination package，and pay attention to mental health，to achieve normalization of healthy promotion.
