Abstract:Objective：To understand the health status of workers in a community health service center，analysis of the reasons and propose health promotion strategies for providing the basis of developing and improving the health management. Methods：Through the analysis of 368 physical examination reports in the past three years，get the relevance ratio of disease by statistical analysis. Results：The relevance ratio of diseases showed a trend of increasing year by year，such as chronic pharyngitis，thyroid nodules，hyperlipidemia，fatty liver and so on. The male relevance ratio of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver is higher than female. The rate of chronic pharyngitis，thyroid nodules and pulmonary nodules increased year by year. Conclusion：The workers’ health status of community health service center is not optimistic，should take effective measures，such as diversification and humanized physical examination package，and pay attention to mental health，to achieve normalization of healthy promotion.
