中文摘要: 目的：探讨强化目标化管理方法对于降低街头无偿献血检测不合格率中的作用。方法：收集目标化管理前2年和后1年街头无偿献血者检测不合格率，并进行组间比较。结果：实施目标化管理方法后，ALT检测不合格率明显下降，并在较低水平逐步稳定。HBsAg、抗-TP检测不合格率虽有下降但差异不明显。结论：有针对性地强化目标化管理的方法在降低ALT检测不合格率方面是有非常有效的。
Abstract:Objective：To analyze the screening results of disqualified blood donors and results of their re⁃screening results，and to reduce the blood discarding rate caused by detecting unqualified. Methods：The disqualified rate of blood donors before and after one year of management by objective was collected，while the data before the implementation was the control group，after implementation was the experimental group. Results：After implementing targeted management method，the ALT fraction defective decreased obviously，and gradually stable. Hepatitis b，syphilis have fallen but the difference was not obvious. Conclusion：Targeted management in ALT fraction defective control is effective.
