Abstract:Objective：Improve the medical consortium development system and promote the health of all the people. Methods：Analyze the problems that remain in the development of medical consortium，to find a solution. Results：Lack of systematic management structure，inadequate service capacity of grassroots organizations，imperfect resource sharing mechanism and profit distribution pattern have all restricted the healthy and orderly development of the medical consortium. Conclusion：Strengthening management mechanism，vigorously carrying out hierarchical medical system，strengthening internal resource sharing and implementing family doctor contract model will become important directions for the further development of medical consortium.
