侵权责任法第七章医疗损害责任对于医疗纠纷案件提供了直接的法律依据。其中说明义务成为该法确定的一项重要的医疗法律义务。但在医疗实践中，这项义务往往没有被履行或履行不充分。该文以一则案例为引导，探讨医务人员说明义务相关的法律制度。
The seventh chapter of tort liability law provides direct legal basis for medical dispute cases. Among them，the duty of explanation becomes an important medical legal obligation determined by this law. But in medical practice，this obligation is often not fulfilled or inadequately fulfilled. This article takes a case as the guide to discuss the legal system related to the medical staff's duty of explanation.
