| The seventh chapter of tort liability law provides direct legal basis for medical dispute cases. Among them，the duty of explanation becomes an important medical legal obligation determined by this law. But in medical practice，this obligation is often not fulfilled or inadequately fulfilled. This article takes a case as the guide to discuss the legal system related to the medical staff's duty of explanation. |
