| 目的：通过对已发表文献的计量统计与分析，了解我国医院人事管理及信息化建设文献的研究现状及发展趋势，为进一步开展医院人事信息化建设及相关研究提供参考。方法：以“医院人事管理”、“医院人力资源管理”及“医院人事信息化管理”为检索词，在中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）中检索2012~2016年有关医院人事管理及信息化建设论文的发表情况，并对论文发表的数量、关键词、作者、研究类型等指标进行分析，根据普赖斯定律分析核心作者情况。结果：共纳入医院人事管理文献667篇，其中包括医院人事信息化建设254篇，发表数量呈逐年增长趋势，核心作者论文量占总量的29.24%，核心期刊占总量的7.50%。结论：医院人事信息化建设日益受到重视，但存在核心作者群尚未形成、专项资金资助项目缺乏、实证研究不足、科研水平较低等问题。 |

| Literature Statistics and Analysis on Research Status-quo of the Hospital Manpower and Information Management |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To understand the current status and development trend of the Clinical Information Management System in China and to provide the guidance for further related research. Methods：“hospital manpower”， “hospital Human resources management”，and “hospital information management” were taken as the key words，we can search the literatures on the hospital manpower and information management which were from 2012~2016 in CNKI. Results：A total 667 papers were included and the number increased annually. Conclusion：Managers and researchers attached increasing importance to hospital manpower and information management in recent years，and the literatures have the features of the core group of authors has not yet been formed，a lack of special funding projects，and the low level of research. |
